Welcome to the pilot episode of my teensy weensy blog. Today's post will be mainly to bring you up-to-speed on what's going on in this lab rat mama's life...
If I'd started this blog on February 17, 2011, it would span my entire motherhood experience. You would've read about the amazement I felt each time I gazed at my daughter (which has not changed), the infinite love I felt for her (yep, still got that), the sleepless nights (getting better) and the many challenges that I had to overcome each day (you'll still get that).
There's no doubt, bringing home a new baby can be tense - especially when said baby cries non-stop! When the smoke began to clear, I quickly learned I'd need to pick up some hobbies. Sewing, gardening, and couponing were my first three. Now I'm journeying on to become a bit more eco-friendly (again, I'll save the fun stuff for later!).
With this blog, I intend to chronicle the fun stuff I do each day - whether it's make home-made gripe water for the baby or save some money at the grocery store. Whatever I can come up with to make my family a bit more economically efficient and environmentally friendly, I will pass along here!Until next time, live.laugh.love.
